The development involved updating a Grade II listed building with smart heating controls to their extensive heating system. Previously the client was required to keep their commercial boilers continuously active for several months of the year which also included high maintenance. The new heating control allows the clients to alter their boiler temperature and active period easily from a smart device.

Smart integration of gate security controls has allowed the client to receive entrance requests to any connected device anywhere in the world, whilst allowing them to see and speak to the visitors before granting entrance at the push of a button on the device. Strategically placed tablets around the house, allow continuous control even when away from the mobiles.
